Corporate AI training that gets your team using AI properly, not just talking about it

Most companies have paid for AI licences nobody uses. We teach your team to use them for the work they already do, with prompts and policies they can live with, and we stay around after the workshop so it actually sticks.

  • ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for teams
  • Prompt frameworks that stick
  • AI policy and acceptable use
  • Role-specific workshops
  • Marketing team training
  • Sales and support training
  • Operations and finance training
  • Custom GPTs and projects
  • Data and privacy guardrails
  • Internal AI playbook
  • Hands-on sessions
  • Follow-up office hours
For you if
You have paid for AI licences the team barely uses, and you want them trained on the real jobs each role actually does.
Not for you if
If you want a day-long demo and nothing after, this is the wrong fit. Our workshops only earn their keep because the policy, the prompts and the office hours come with them.

Short answer

What is corporate AI training?

Corporate AI training is the work of teaching a team to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for the real jobs they already do. It covers role-specific workshops, an acceptable use policy, a prompt library and custom GPTs, and follow-up office hours. The aim is a team that reaches for the AI tool for the right jobs and drops it for the wrong ones.

What changes

01

A team that uses AI daily

The hours each role gives back by using AI properly show up in the schedule within a month.

02

A policy you can publish

One page your team actually reads. Approved tools, data rules, review steps.

03

A prompt library your team keeps

The 20 or 30 prompts your team runs weekly, saved as Custom GPTs or Projects inside your own workspace.

What you get

  1. 01

    Role-specific workshops

Marketing, sales, support, operations and finance each get a session built around their real jobs, not generic demos.

  2. 02

    An AI policy

Acceptable use, data rules, approved tools, review steps. Written, signed off, published to your team.

  3. 03

A prompt library and custom GPTs

The prompts and GPTs your team runs weekly, set up inside your own workspace so they are owned, not rented.

  4. 04

    Office hours after

Two or three follow-up sessions over the next few months, so the questions people were too polite to ask on day one get answered.

  5. 05

    An internal AI playbook

A short written reference your team keeps, with the prompts, the rules and the links to the Custom GPTs.

How it works

  1. 01

    Interview the team

We interview a few people in each role so the workshop targets the jobs that waste the most time now.

  2. 02

    Run the workshops

In person or on a call, hands on, with everyone using AI inside their own workflow. One session per department works better than one big one.

  3. 03

    Policy, playbook, office hours

We write the policy and the playbook, set up Custom GPTs or Projects, and run follow-up office hours over the next few months.

A team that reaches for the AI tool first for the right jobs, drops it for the wrong ones, and does not need to be reminded next quarter.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Which AI tool do you train on?

Whichever you already pay for, usually ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for Workspace. We cover the one that fits each role best. If you have none yet, we recommend what to buy, in writing, before the workshop.

In person or on a call?

Either. In person is better for the first round because people pick things up faster when they can see what the person next to them is typing. Follow-up office hours work fine on a call.

What about data privacy?

The policy covers it. We teach your team which tools have a business plan (data not used for training), what can go into a chat and what has to stay out, and the approval step for anything that touches customer or financial data. If you need stricter, we set up a self-hosted model or an enterprise contract.

How many people can attend?

Up to about twenty per workshop. Beyond that the hands-on part stops working. For bigger teams we run multiple sessions by department, which is better anyway because the prompts are different.

What could go wrong?

The one real risk. The workshop lands and then nothing changes a month later, because nobody owned the follow-up. That is why office hours and the Custom GPTs come with the workshop, and why we interview a few people in each role before day one.

Will you train us on tools we are already paying for?

Yes. Half the engagements we run end with the team using the tools the company already pays for, properly, for the first time. We do not need you to buy anything new to make this work.

Can we run this for a leadership team?

Yes. The leadership workshop is different from the role workshops: it covers what to buy, how to pay for it, how to measure the return and how to govern it. We can run both.

What if it does not work?

You keep the policy, the playbook and the Custom GPTs. The workshop is yours. We also ask what did not land and run a follow-up at no extra cost if the problem was ours.

Who do I actually talk to?

Zain, for the technical side, the policy and the Custom GPTs. Momin, when the workshop is for a marketing, sales or content team. The founders run the training themselves on day one.
