Services / Video production
Video production planned around your ads and feed, not a showreel
We shoot video and photos for the feeds and ads they will actually run in. That means TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads Manager and your Shopify product pages. Momin plans and directs, we film on our own 4K kit, and we bring in extra hands only when a shoot needs them. One shoot day becomes a bank of clips we cut into weeks of posts and ads.
- 4K product video
- Founder talking heads
- TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- UGC-style ads
- Meta and TikTok ad creative
- Product photography
- Shopify and Amazon listing media
- Editing and captions
- One-day content bank
- Hooks and ad variants
- Shot lists and scripts
- Pinterest and LinkedIn cuts
- For you if
- You run ads or post every week, and you keep running out of good video and photos.
- Not for you if
- If you have no ads running and no posting habit yet, set those up first: a content bank with nowhere to go is just a full hard drive.
The scope is agreed in writing before we start. What we build stays yours.
Short answer
What is video production?
Video production is planning, filming and editing video so it is ready to publish. For a business, that means product clips, founder talking heads and vertical video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Done well, one shoot day gives you weeks of posts and ad variants.
What changes
Ten hooks per product, tested live
Every ad opens on a hook, the first second that makes people keep watching.
Weeks of posts, one day
One planned shoot fills TikTok, Reels, Shorts and your product pages for weeks.
Numbers on every clip
Each clip gets its own tracked link and ad name, so you see which one actually sold.
What you get
- 01
4K product video
Clips on a white background and in use, for Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Meta catalogue ads. Each is exported vertical, square and wide, so it fits Reels, the feed and a product page.
- 02
Founder talking heads
You on camera, answering the questions buyers ask before they enquire. We write the prompts, keep the takes short, and cut them for LinkedIn, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- 03
UGC-style ads
UGC means user-generated content: handheld, plain-spoken ads that look like a customer filmed them. Made for Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with spare hooks so you can test.
- 04
Product and social photography
Product and lifestyle photos for Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Pinterest and Instagram, shot the same day. Named and sized ready to upload, not dumped in one folder.
- 05
Editing, captions, content bank
Cut, colour graded and captioned so TikTok and Reels buttons never hide the words. You get a shared Google Drive library sorted by platform, with a posting plan and dates.
How it works
- 01
Look at what runs
We open your Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and Instagram before we plan a single shot. The gaps become the shot list: ads with no vertical cut, a feed with no founder.
- 02
Shoot and cut
One planned day in 4K, with a shot list you approved and hooks written before we arrive. Then we edit, caption and export every clip for the platform it will run on.
- 03
Post, test, reshoot
We watch which clips hold attention and which ads sell, then cut new versions from the bank. When the bank runs thin, we plan the next shoot around what worked.
Weeks of posts and ads from one shoot day, each one made for where it runs.
FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
What do you actually film?
Product video, founder talking heads, vertical clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, UGC-style ads and product photography. All of it in 4K, and in one planned day where we can. The usual mistake is one wide video cropped for every platform, product half out of frame. We frame each shot for where it will run. We do not do brand films or event coverage.
Who shoots and edits it?
The two founders. Momin plans the shoot, directs on the day and does the edit. Zain sets up the tracked links and ad naming so every clip reports back. There is no crew of juniors and no account manager. The person who framed the shot also cuts it, and answers your messages about it.
Do you use AI in the edit?
Yes, openly, and as a tool. AI helps with transcripts, first-pass captions, picking the strongest takes and rough cuts. A person checks every caption, every cut and every export before it goes anywhere. We do not fake customer reviews. If a clip is AI-generated, we say so, and we never pass one off as real footage. If it goes out under your name, a human watched it first.
How long does it take?
Planning usually takes a week or two. We look at your ads and feed, write the shot list and hooks, and you approve them. The shoot is one day. Edits come back in batches over the following weeks, first the ads, then the posts. You do not wait for everything to be finished before the first clips go live.
What could go wrong?
Three things, mostly. The clips look good and nobody posts them. So every bank ships with a posting plan and dates. The ads get views and no sales. That usually means the landing page or the offer, not the video. Or the founder freezes on camera. So we shoot in short prompts, not speeches. The Website and Marketing Audit, where every client starts, catches the landing page problem before we film.
Is my company too small for this?
Probably not. One shoot day suits a small firm well. Often there is one product line, one founder and one feed, so a day covers it. What matters is somewhere for the video to go: ads running, or a posting habit you keep. If you have neither yet, start with the audit. We will tell you honestly whether a shoot is the right next step.
What do you need from me?
The products, the founder and a few hours. We need the things we are filming, clean and in stock. We need someone who can talk about them on camera. And a room with daylight, or one we can light. Before the day, you approve the shot list and the hooks. After it, you approve the first cut of each batch. Access to Meta Ads Manager, Instagram and TikTok stays in your name, not ours.
What if it does not work?
Then we look at the numbers before we blame the video. Every clip carries its own tracked link and ad name. So we can see where it fell down: the hook, the landing page or the offer. If the hook failed, we cut a new one from the bank. If the page failed, that is a website fix, not a reshoot. Either way, you keep every file, and monthly work can stop any month.
How do we stop?
You tell us, and monthly work stops at the end of that month. The raw footage, the edits and the photos already sit in your own Google Drive. Your ads and social accounts were always in your name. Nothing needs handing over because nothing was ever ours. Come back later for a second shoot, and we pick up from the bank and the numbers.
Who do I actually talk to?
Momin, for the shoot, the edit and the posting plan. Zain, when it is about the tracked links, the ad account or the numbers. There is no account manager in between and no producer passing notes to an editor. There are only two of us, and we do the work ourselves. The person you message is the person who was behind the camera.
