Short answer
What is a marketing audit?
A marketing audit is a full check of everything you use to win customers. That covers your website, tracking, ad accounts, rankings, social, email and CRM, where your leads live. It finds what is broken, what it costs you and what to fix first, in writing.
What changes
Every leak, and what it costs you
A written list, in plain words, of every fault we found and what each one costs you.
A plan you keep
The plan ranks every fault, quick wins first, and is yours whether you hire us or not.
Numbers in one place
One live dashboard shows your ads, site and leads together, and keeps updating after we leave.
What you get
- 01
Live dashboard, written list and plan
A live dashboard you keep, built on your own data in your own accounts, so the numbers stay current after we leave. Plus a written list of every fault, what it costs you and how to fix it, and a 90 day plan. All yours whether or not you hire us.
- 02
Website and tracking check
We test every form, button, phone link and WhatsApp link on your site, on mobile and desktop. Then we check that Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel all count the same enquiries.
- 03
Google Ads and Meta review
We read your Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts campaign by campaign. We check search terms, wasted spend, and whether each account bids on real enquiries or just clicks.
- 04
Ahrefs SEO and rival check
We pull your Google rankings, your site errors and who links to you from Ahrefs. Then we line you up against three rivals and show which pages can rank with a fix.
- 05
Social, email and CRM review
We check Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile for dead links and wrong opening hours. Then we open Mailchimp or Klaviyo and HubSpot, Zoho or GoHighLevel to find where leads go quiet.
How it works
- 01
Open every account
You give us view access to your site, ads, analytics and CRM. We spend the first days testing, reading and pulling data, not talking.
- 02
Write it up
Every fault goes on a ranked list with what it costs you and how to fix it. We walk you through it on a call and show you the numbers.
- 03
Keep it measured
The dashboard stays live so you can watch the fixes land. Fix the list yourself, hand it to anyone, or hire us one month at a time.
You know exactly what is broken, what it costs you, and what to fix first.
FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
What is in a marketing audit?
Everything you use to win customers. Your website, and every form and button on it. Your tracking, so we know whether Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel agree. Your Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts, campaign by campaign. Your rankings, site errors and links in Ahrefs. Your social profiles, your email tool, your CRM and three rivals you name. It ends in a written list of faults, what each one costs and what to fix first.
What do you actually do during the audit?
Zain tests every form and phone link on your site. Then he checks what fires in Google Tag Manager when someone submits. He reads the search terms report in Google Ads and the events in Meta Events Manager. Momin reads your social profiles, emails and last three months of posts as a customer would. We use AI to speed up the reading, openly, and one of us checks every line. We change nothing during the audit. We only look.
Which platforms and tools do you audit?
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile. Ahrefs for rankings, links and site errors. Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon Seller Central if you sell online. Mailchimp or Klaviyo for email. HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel or a spreadsheet for your CRM. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business for social and chat. If you run something we have not named, we can usually still read it. We say so if we cannot.
How long does a marketing audit take?
A few weeks from the day we get access, and we agree the date before we start. Most of that time is reading and testing, not meetings. We set the dashboard up early, so it fills with data while we work. At the end you get the report and 90 day plan on a call, numbers on screen. If access takes a while to arrive, the clock waits for it.
What could go wrong?
Three things, mostly. We cannot get into an account, because an old agency still owns it. Getting it back becomes the first fix on the plan. The tracking is so broken there is no history to read. Then we tell you before we start, and fixing it becomes step one of the plan. Or the list is longer than you hoped. That is still better than not knowing, and the plan puts the quick fixes first.
Is my company too small for an audit?
Probably not. If you have a website, spend on ads and get enquiries, there is something to audit. Small accounts often have the worst leaks, because nobody has ever looked. A form that fails on a phone hurts a small firm most. So does an ad account bidding on page views. If you have not launched yet, wait. There is nothing to read, and you would get guesses, not findings.
Do you take every audit request?
No. Some requests we send straight back with the fix, because the problem is obvious and cheap. You should just do it yourself. A form that does not send, a tracking tag that never fired, a page with no title. We tell you that in the first reply, and we tell you the fix. The full audit is for when the faults are several, or hidden, or nobody can say which one is costing the most.
What do you need from me?
View access, not passwords. Google Ads has a read only role. Meta Business Manager lets you add a partner who can see results but change nothing. Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager each have a viewer level. We ask for the same on your CRM, your email tool and your shop. Then an hour of your time at the start and an hour at the end. You never share a password, and you can remove us with one click.
What if I do not hire you afterwards?
Then you keep everything. The written list, the 90 day plan and the dashboard are yours. The plan is written so anyone capable can follow it: you, your developer or another agency. We would rather you fix the list with someone else than leave it broken. We refuse to write a report that only says hire us. If a fault is small enough to fix yourself, the report says so.
How do we stop?
The audit is one job with an end date, so there is nothing to stop. Once the written list is delivered, we remove our own access unless you ask us to stay. If you go on to monthly work with us, you can end it any month. You tell us, and it stops at the end of that month. Everything sits in your own accounts already, so nothing needs handing over.
Who do I actually talk to?
Zain, mostly. He runs the technical side: tracking, ad accounts, CRM and the dashboard. Momin reads the content, social and email side and joins the calls where that matters. There is no account manager and no junior doing the reading. The person who found the fault is the person who explains it on the call. You get our direct numbers, and we reply ourselves.
