Pictures
Paste a link to a picture that is already online: your website, LinkedIn, Google Drive shared as public, or a CDN. Email clients do not show pictures pasted from your computer, so a link is the only way that works everywhere.

The HTML, if you need it
For HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or a helpdesk that takes raw HTML. Tables and inline styles on purpose: that is the only HTML every email client agrees on.
FAQ
Email Signature Generator, answered.
How do I add a signature in Gmail?
Copy the signature here, then in Gmail open Settings, See all settings, and scroll to Signature on the General tab. Press Create new, paste into the box, choose it under Signature defaults, and press Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Why does my photo not show in the signature?
Email clients do not send pictures that were pasted from a computer. They only show pictures that live on the web at a link. Upload your photo to your website, a public Google Drive link or a CDN, paste that link into the photo field, and it works everywhere.
Should I use HTML in my email signature?
Yes, but only the plain kind: tables, inline styles and hosted images. That is what this tool writes. Anything fancier, like web fonts or CSS classes, gets stripped by Gmail or mangled by Outlook and the signature falls apart for some of your readers.
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, and nothing you type leaves your browser. The small credit line is off by default and stays off unless you switch it on.
The number is not the plan.
A tidy signature is half the job: the other half is the emails above it, and whether anyone replies to them.
A signature is the one piece of your brand every client sees every day. The rest of it, the words on your site, the posts, the emails that go out under that signature, is what we write.
