Social media management that knows TikTok is not Pinterest
We run your organic social accounts ourselves: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit and LinkedIn. Organic means posts people find without you paying to show them. Each platform gets its own plan. A clip that wins on TikTok gets buried on Instagram, ignored on Pinterest and removed on Reddit.
- TikTok short video
- Instagram Reels and carousels
- Facebook Page and Groups
- Snapchat Public Profile
- Pinterest keyword pins
- Threads text posts
- Reddit community posting
- LinkedIn founder posts
- Monthly content calendar
- Comment and message replies
- Meta Business Suite scheduling
- Tagged links and reporting
- For you if
- You want your accounts to bring enquiries, and right now they post late or not at all.
- Not for you if
- If you need sales this month, organic social is too slow: run ads first, come back later.
The scope is agreed in writing before we start. What we build stays yours.
Short answer
What is social media management?
Social media management is running a business's social accounts, from planning posts to replying to comments. Organic social management covers posts people see without paid promotion, on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit and LinkedIn. Done well, it makes your account a place buyers check before they get in touch.
What changes
Posted on schedule, replied within a day
A buyer who checks your profile finds recent posts, real replies and a way to reach you.
Posts people save and send
Saves and shares are what every platform now rewards, and useful posts earn them.
Enquiries you can trace
Every link we post is tagged, so social visits and enquiries show up in Google Analytics.
What you get
- 01
Content calendar per platform
A month of posts planned ahead, one column per platform. Each post has a format and a hook, the first line that stops the scroll. You see it before anything is made.
- 02
TikTok and Reels video
Vertical video with the hook in the first second and captions burned in for sound-off viewing. Each cut is made for its platform, so no TikTok watermark ends up on your Reels.
- 03
Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn posts
Pins built around the words people search on Pinterest, since a good pin works for months. Reddit, Threads and LinkedIn get text posts written to start a conversation, not to hold a link.
- 04
Community replies
We answer comments and direct messages in your voice, with saved replies for the questions that repeat. A complaint or a question about money comes to you first.
- 05
Monthly report you can read
One page per platform: reach, saves, shares, profile visits and link clicks. Then a short note on what we keep and what we drop.
How it works
- 01
Look at every account
We go through each profile as a buyer would: bio, link, pinned posts, last reply. Then we check which platforms your buyers actually use and drop the rest.
- 02
Fix, then post
We tidy the profiles first: bio, link in bio, highlights, Pinterest boards, LinkedIn Page details. Then the calendar starts, and you see every post before it goes out.
- 03
Keep it working
We post every week, reply on working days, and read the numbers every month. We make more of what earns saves and drop what nobody watches.
Accounts that bring saves, replies and enquiries every month, not just likes from people who never buy.
FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
What does social media management include?
Everything the accounts need each week. A calendar planned a month ahead. The posts and short videos. Publishing at the right time for each platform. Replies to comments and direct messages. A monthly report. It does not include paid ads, and it does not include the things that get accounts flagged. We never buy followers or run comment bots. We never join engagement pods, the groups that like each other's posts to game the feed.
Who actually runs the accounts?
The two founders. Momin plans the calendar, makes the posts and writes every reply. Zain sets up the tagged links and the tracking. That way a TikTok visit shows up in Google Analytics as a TikTok visit, not a mystery. We use AI openly, for research, captions and first drafts. A person checks everything before it goes out. There is no junior and no account manager.
Which platforms do you run, and do I need all of them?
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit and LinkedIn. You almost never need all eight. We pick the two or three your buyers actually use and do those well. A shop rarely needs LinkedIn. A firm selling to other firms rarely needs Snapchat. Pinterest suits anything people plan or collect: homes, food, weddings, clothes. The mistake we see most is one clip posted to all eight, watermark and all. Instagram buries it, Pinterest cannot search it and Reddit removes it.
How long before it works?
Profiles look better in the first month, because we fix the bios, links and pinned posts first. Reach and saves usually move within a few months of steady posting. Pinterest is slower: a pin can take months to start, then works for a year or more. Enquiries follow when the posts answer real questions. Anyone promising a viral video by a set date is guessing. We show you the numbers as they come in.
What could go wrong?
Three things, mostly. The posts sound like us and not like you. That is why you see the calendar before anything is made. We pick a platform your buyers do not use, which is why we check that first. Or the accounts grow and nobody gets in touch. That usually means the website or the offer needs fixing. The Website and Marketing Audit, where every client starts, catches that last one before we post anything.
Is my company too small for this?
Probably not. Small businesses do well on social because a real person is easy to show. What matters is not size but two things. Someone in the business will appear on camera, or send us raw clips from a phone. And you can give us a short call each month to approve the calendar. If both are true, size is not the problem. If neither is true, we say so on the call.
What do you need from me?
Access first. Where the platform allows it, we get added as a partner or admin. That covers Meta Business Suite, Pinterest and your LinkedIn Page. Where there is no partner role, we agree a safe way to share access. We never ask for your personal password. Then raw material: phone clips, photos from the shop floor, the questions customers ask. A short call each month to approve the calendar. And a quick answer when a comment needs your decision.
What if it does not work?
Then we stop, and you keep everything. The accounts, the videos, the calendar and the saved replies all sit in your own profiles. Monthly work can end any month, with no long contract to run down. Before then, you will have seen each platform's numbers monthly, so nothing comes as a surprise. If one platform is not earning its place, we drop it early rather than carry it quietly.
How do we stop?
You tell us, and monthly work stops at the end of that month. We remove ourselves from Meta Business Suite, Pinterest and your LinkedIn Page, and hand back any login. The accounts, the posts, the videos and the calendar were always yours. Nothing needs handing over because nothing was ever ours. If you come back later, we pick up where the last report left off.
Who do I actually talk to?
Momin, for the posts, the calendar and the replies. Zain, when it is about tracking or the website. There is no account manager in between. There are only two of us, and we run the accounts ourselves. The person who replies to your message is the person who wrote yesterday's post.
