Meta Ads management that reports a cost per lead, not a cost per click

We run your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp ads in Meta Ads Manager, and we do it ourselves. Many accounts we open have tracking that counts the wrong thing and campaigns chasing clicks, not customers. We fix the tracking first, make the ads, test weekly, and show you what each customer cost.

Short answer

What is Meta Ads management?

Meta Ads management is running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp through Meta Ads Manager. It covers the tracking, the audiences, the creative, the testing and the budget, week after week. The aim is a steady flow of sales or enquiries at a cost you can see.

What changes

01

A cost per customer

Tracking that counts sales and leads, so you know what each customer cost, not each click.

02

One new creative test a week

Each week the weakest ad is replaced, so the account gets better instead of tired.

03

An account you own

Ad account, tracking, audiences and every ad sit in your name on Meta, not ours.

What you get

  1. 01

    Pixel and Conversions API

The Meta Pixel on your site, the code that tells Meta who bought or enquired. The Conversions API sending the same events from your server, checked in Events Manager until both agree.

  2. 02

    Campaigns and audiences

Campaigns in Meta Ads Manager with one goal each: sales, leads or WhatsApp chats. Audiences from your customer list and site visitors, plus lookalikes: new people like your best buyers.

  3. 03

    Static, video and UGC ads

Momin makes the ads: still images, short video and UGC style, which looks filmed by a customer. Copy written for someone scrolling a feed, not reading a brochure.

  4. 04

    WhatsApp and lead ads

Click-to-WhatsApp ads that open a chat on your WhatsApp Business number, plus Instant Forms for leads. Zain sends each lead straight to HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho One through n8n, an automation tool.

  5. 05

    Retargeting and monthly note

Ads shown again to people who visited, added to basket or messaged, with your existing customers excluded. Then a one-page note each month: what we spent, what it brought in, what we change next.

How it works

  1. 01

    Check the account

We start inside your ad account and Events Manager, not with a pitch. The usual faults: a Pixel firing twice, ads chasing clicks, twenty tiny ad sets sharing one budget.

  2. 02

    Fix tracking, then launch

Tracking first, because ads optimised for the wrong event learn the wrong thing. Then the campaigns, the audiences and the first ads, each one approved by you before it runs.

  3. 03

    Test and scale

Every week we read the numbers, keep what works and replace what does not. Budget goes up only where the cost per result holds, and you get a plain monthly note.

A steady flow of customers from Facebook and Instagram, with a cost next to each one.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

What does Meta Ads management include?

Everything inside Meta Ads Manager, and the tracking around it. We set up the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. We build the campaigns and audiences, make the ads and test them weekly. We run retargeting, WhatsApp ads and lead forms where they fit. We read the numbers, move budget to what works, and send you a plain note each month. We do not boost posts and call it a campaign, and likes are not a result.

Do you make the ads as well as run them?

Yes. Momin writes the copy and makes the ads. Still images, short video and UGC style, which looks filmed by a customer. We use AI openly for drafts and variations, and a person checks every ad before it runs. You approve each one first. An ad that looks like all the others gets scrolled past, so ours will not.

Which platforms do you run ads on?

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, all through Meta Ads Manager. We pick where ads show by hand when it matters, and let Advantage+, Meta's automation, choose otherwise. Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest are separate accounts with separate rules. If one of those suits you better, we say so on the call before you spend.

How long before Meta ads work?

Tracking and the first campaigns are usually live within a couple of weeks. Then the learning phase: Meta's name for the first fifty results an ad set needs to settle. Expect a month or two of testing before the cost per result holds steady. Anyone who promises a cost per lead before seeing your account is guessing. We show you the numbers on the call.

What could go wrong?

Four things, mostly. The Pixel counts the wrong event, so Meta finds people who click but never buy. We fix that before spending anything. The ads work but the page is slow or nobody answers the WhatsApp, so leads go cold. The Website and Marketing Audit catches that first. A good ad wears out, which is why new creative keeps coming. Meta also restricts accounts over policy flags, so we keep two admins and appeal fast.

Is my company too small for Meta ads?

Usually not. Meta ads suit small businesses with a clear offer and a way to take the enquiry. A shop on Shopify, a clinic, a service sold over WhatsApp: all fine. What matters more than size is whether the sums work. If the profit on one sale cannot pay for the clicks behind it, ads lose you money. We tell you that on the call, before you spend.

What do you need from me?

Partner access to your Meta business portfolio, which used to be called Business Manager. That covers the ad account, the Facebook Page and the Instagram account. Access to your website to place the Pixel, or to Shopify if that is where you sell. A WhatsApp Business number that somebody answers within the hour. Photos, or an afternoon to film with a phone. And an honest figure for what one customer is worth to you.

What if it does not work?

Then we stop, and you keep the account, the Pixel, the audiences and every ad. First, though, we look at why. Ads fail for reasons the data usually shows. The wrong audience, a weak offer, a slow reply, or a page that loses people. We fix what is ours to fix. If the rest is not an ads problem, we say so plainly instead of spending more. Monthly work can end any month.

How do we stop?

You tell us, and monthly work stops at the end of that month. We pause the campaigns or hand them over live, whichever you prefer. Everything already sits in your own Meta business portfolio: ad account, Pixel, audiences and creative. We remove ourselves as a partner and you carry on. Nothing to export, nothing held back, and no long contract to run down.

Who do I actually talk to?

Momin, for the ads, the creative and the monthly note. Zain, when it is the Pixel, the Conversions API, or the CRM that holds your leads. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. We are two founders and we run the account ourselves. The person who replies to your message is the person who built the campaign.
