Email and WhatsApp marketing that follow up for you while you sleep

Most sales people never hear about happen because nobody followed up. We set up email and WhatsApp so the follow-up happens on its own, in the tool that fits you, with messages that sound like a person wrote them.

  • Mailchimp and Klaviyo setup
  • HubSpot sequences
  • Welcome and abandoned cart flows
  • Newsletter calendar
  • Segmentation and lists
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • WhatsApp broadcasts
  • Auto-replies and quick replies
  • Opt-in forms and lead magnets
  • Deliverability and warm-up
  • Template approval
  • Monthly report
For you if
You lose sales to slow follow-up, or you have a list that never earns anything, and you want messages that go out on their own and sound like a person.
Not for you if
If you have no list, no customers to re-engage, and no new leads coming in, start with ads or SEO first. This channel earns from attention you have already paid for.

Short answer

What is email and WhatsApp marketing?

Email and WhatsApp marketing is the use of email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and the WhatsApp Business API to send sequences, flows and broadcasts to people who have opted in. The aim is to recover sales, re-engage lapsed buyers and keep the pipeline moving without a person at the keyboard.

What changes

01

Follow-up that happens on its own

Welcome, cart recovery and win-back messages go out at the right moment, on the channel the buyer uses.

02

A quiet second channel

A monthly newsletter and the odd WhatsApp broadcast that earn clicks because the writing is honest and the list is clean.

03

Messages that land in the inbox

Deliverability, warm-up, SPF and DKIM set up right, so your emails stop being treated as spam.

What you get

  1. 01

    Email flows that recover revenue

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and re-engagement, written for your voice and your product. Momin writes them.

  2. 02

    WhatsApp Business API, done properly

Templates approved, opt-ins stored, broadcasts segmented, quick replies set up. Zain handles the integration.

  3. 03

A monthly newsletter you can live with

One piece a month your buyers want to open. Planned with you, written by us, scheduled on time.

  4. 04

    List hygiene and deliverability

Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a warmed sender, a clean list, and the segmentation that stops you emailing everyone the same thing.

  5. 05

    A monthly note

What sent, what earned, who opted out and what to try next, in a page you can read in a minute.

How it works

  1. 01

Pick the tools and clean the list

We pick the tools that fit (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and clean the list so your messages land in the inbox.

  2. 02

    Build the flows and templates

We write and build the sequences, flows and WhatsApp templates, then switch them on one at a time so each one's earnings are clear.

  3. 03

    Watch and tune

Every month we read what sent, what earned and what to try next. The flows get sharper, not just longer.

A quiet second channel that keeps earning long after the ad spend stops.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Which email tool do you use?

Whichever fits. Mailchimp or Brevo for simple lists and newsletters. Klaviyo if you run Shopify or WooCommerce and want flows per segment. HubSpot or GoHighLevel if the CRM and the sales team are tied in. If you already use one, we work in it.

Is WhatsApp Business API different from the free app?

Yes. The API lets you send approved templates to opted-in contacts, segment broadcasts, log every conversation and route replies to the right person. The free app does none of that at scale. We set the API up through a provider (360Dialog or Wati) and the templates get approved by Meta before we send a word.

How do you keep us out of spam?

Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a warmed sender, a clean list and messages people actually open. We watch bounce and complaint rates every week, and drop addresses that stop engaging before they hurt the whole list.

Do you write the messages too?

Yes. The writing is where the money is. A badly written flow earns nothing. We write it, you sign it off, we send it.

What could go wrong?

The two usual faults. The list is bought or stale, in which case we clean it first and send to a smaller real list. Or the sender reputation is low from past spammy sends, so we warm up a new address slowly rather than hitting the panic send.

What about rules on WhatsApp templates?

Meta reviews every template. Promotional ones follow stricter rules, utility ones get through faster. We draft them to pass review on the first attempt, and we never send to a contact who did not opt in.

Can you grow my list too?

Yes, with lead magnets, pop-ups and WhatsApp opt-ins on your site. We will not buy you a list, because bought lists burn your reputation.

What if it does not work?

You keep the flows, the templates and the list. Monthly work ends any month. The newsletter and the welcome flow pay back for most clients even when nothing else does, so there is almost always something to keep.

Who do I actually talk to?

Momin, for the writing, the calendar and the replies. Zain, when it is about deliverability, the API or the CRM. One of the founders is always close to the account.

Written by Momin Tariq, co-founder, content and campaigns. This is the work Momin does.
